Ulric: Me and Honey argue about this one all the time! Becaus-

Honey: Because I think sometimes famous mammals just die, and the general public wants them to be alive so badly they make up theories and make fake footage to try to prove they are alive somewhere.

Ulric: Pft...that's such a reductive way of looking at things, especially if you don't know what I know!

Honey: Tell them what you know then genius.

Ulric: Okay, so...my running theory here is that really famous and important mammals, like Tupacca, JFK, Elviss, Micheal Jackleson, all of them, they're being entered into some sort of program to preserve their consciousness, right? So the government-

Honey: Which government now?

Ulric: The one world government! The one that secretly controls everything, right? So the government is stockpiling these guys DNA and consciousness, i.e. souls, in order to replicate them upon the date of their death!

Honey: Explain replicate.

Ulric: They clone them! Raise them under new names and identities, and when they reach a prime age, their consciousness, i.e. soul is put back into them! They've got a whole school full of these clones in a secret town somewhere in Cowlifornia, just waiting to be activated.

Honey: Once again, Clone High was a cartoon Ully...a CARTOON!

Ulric: It was a blatant signal of truth! Blaring like a beacon in the night! Like lupa over a field of snow! They were rubbing in our faces what they were actually doing, muddying the waters by making the concept seem comical!

Honey: It was funny...especially the Joan of Bark and Abe Lincowln stuff...

Ulric: SEE!

Honey: Okay, well even so...if tupacca was cloned...and was a literal cria for like...two decades, then how would he supposedly be releasing music?

Ulric: Ah, well see that touches on the other part of my theory. Basically, those consciousness I mentioned early are not inert, or in stasis. They are all on individual computers where they can continue to produce content. 

Honey: So your theory is that...Tupacca is currently an AI that records and releases new records?

Ulric: Well, he doesn't release them, his lable does...I mean...it makes the most sense...to me anyway.

Honey: Of course it does honey, of course it does.

Ask the Author; Astrological signs and birthdays

 

For the sake of making it easier on myself, I would probably keep the current astrological signs as they are, whilst giving them an animal skew. Like Sagittarius ( Sagittaferus), instead of being a centaur, would be purely a horse. Taurus would be a bull, and Capricorn a goat, and they wouldn't even require a name change. I'd also probably squeeze in the thirteenth official unofficial astrological sign Ophiuchus (Which your's truly's birthday falls under.)

Now as for everyone's birthdays, I don't actually have hard dates for most of them, save for Dawn and Vern. Dawn Evelynn Bellwether was born on March 4th, 1989, making her a Pisces. Her birthdate being March 4th is a nod to the movie release date, but also based on my whole complicated gestation I figured out for wolves, sheeps, and hybrids sholfs in this universe, it plots her conception date to sometime in August which would align with the window for one of the two sheep remnant estrus periods for Clover.

Vernon James Hunter was born on June 14th, 1990, along with his brothers Wade, Trenton, and Ulric. Making them all Gemini's. They were conceived in January, and it wasn't related to any peak sexual hormone period with Auddey. 

You're probably noticing that neither of the gestation periods are nine months, as is the standard for humans. But I went and looked up wolf and sheep gestation, then compared them to human gestation, and found the mean number. Wolf gestation is 2 and 1/2 months. So I placed the gestation mean at about 6 months. As for sheep, they have a gestation of about 5 months. So finding the mean there puts sheepfolk at 7 months. For Paige, I found the mean of those two estimates, and put her at 6 1/2 to seven months. Since her birthdate is October 31st, 2022, that puts her conception date in late March, right in line with Dawn's bi-annual remnant estrus. But I've gotten off track. 

So yeah, I don't have anyone else's precise dates. I wanna say the first batch of Hunter sons were born the previous August, so 1989. That would make Zach, Yuri and Xavier Leo's. But that's all you're going to get from me for now...I'd have to do some careful time crunching to figure out all the birthdates and make sure they don't cause any story conflicts, and I'm not prepared to do that at the moment. Ask the Author; Bellhunter Blog Timeline

 

In terms of the Ask Blog, the general time period now is post Rehab, LAW, The Family Vulpes, and a portion of the as of yet unnamed last Dawn and Vern fic series. So generally were now situated with Paige being a toddler age. That would make it around...2023ish in their world. However, depending on the ask, I will jump forward or backward in the timeline if it provides a more entertaining response, or if it's required like in '20 years later' asks. But for the most part, we're at the point where nearly all the Hunter's are tithed to their mates (Aside from maybe Wade and Ulric), Audrey's new pups are a little over a year old, Paige is a toddler, and Cameron and Clover are married and just recently adopted a lamb.
